Ralph E. Edwards, 73, Klamath Falls, Ore., died Sunday evening at his home following an extended illness.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Davenport Funeral Home, Klamath Falls.
Mr. Edwards was born in Marseilles, to John F. and Eslie Edwards. He was educated in the Marseilles schools and was employed by National Biscuit Co. for 25 years. He married Alice Louise Goode on July 10, 1937, in Morris. They moved in June of 1960 to Covina, Calif. where he worked for the Covina school system until his retirement in 1977. They then moved to Klamath Falls and he was a member of the Faith Christian Church and was very active until recently.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. William (Lillian) Decker and Mrs. Jerilyn Winfield, both of Klamath Falls; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
